You can use simple formatting in your comment text, like Bold, Italic or bullet lists. To do this, use some special characters in your text:

New Lines	To break a line, end it with two spaces. ... end of sentence.<space><space>
Bold Text	Surround text with double asterisks. This text will be bold
Italic Text	Surround text with a single asterisk. This text will be in italics
